Healthcare premiums for many Americans are about to shoot through the roof, with little hope of Congressional intervention. For those hoping to get a piece of the American dream, house prices are so high, the only way some buyers will be able to get a loan is to promise to pay well into old age.  Trump is advocating a new 50-Year Mortgage that would have buyers sign their lives away.
