There is a lot more to napping than meets the eye. Sadly, most of us scrape by with as little sleep as possible. It turns out that good sleep helps you shed fat for good, stave off disease, stay productive, and improve virtually every function of your mind and body. When your sleep suffers, you can actually suffer major consequences far beyond the dark circles underneath your eyes. So Kemper and I wanted to sit down and discuss what sleep means for us and how we can improve our sleeping for the better.

Humility allows you to drop your perfectionism, open up to others, hold yourself accountable, and become the leader that you are meant to be. Whether you lead yourself or others along your journey, humility is something we all need to embrace and admit that we have lied to ourselves before in order to bring comfort in the things we engage in on a day to day basis.
So, in today's episode we talk about what humility is to us, why it is essential to embrace it, and how you can be more humble in situations driven by ego. So ladies and gentlemen, Sit down, relax, be humble, and be sure to subscribe and leave us a review!
