When you find yourself in a position of being a leader of the people,one of the most important things to remember is that you are there to serve them and their needs while guiding them from A to B. They work for you and you work for them in all aspects in order to ensure cognitive, emotional, physical, spiritual, and mental preparedness. 

This week we welcome an expert on leadership, with years of experience both in the field and in corporate settings. Our special guest is Cameron Hamilton, former member of the US military community and now a member at the Department of Homeland Security.

The culture starts with the leader. You can’t expect something you’re not living personally. If you want a family environment, then you need to invest that time and energy to know your people like family. Serve them. Lead them!
