Did you wake up today? Congratulations! You have stressors in your life! Now that we got that out-of-the-way, let’s talk about how to address them in a healthy way.


This week, Mike and Melon rap about some of their own stresses and how they are dealing with them. Mike digs deep and shotguns Melon with the following questions:


-How often do you experience stress? What levels on a 1-10 scale?


-Do you ever pause and categorize internal & external stressors? How does this help?


-When and where do you feel most relaxed? 


-What are the processes/actions you take to get there? 


Learning to address, categorize, and understand how to overcome our stressors should be a major focus throughout our lives. We never want to become overwhelmed or compartmentalize too much or we will find ourselves broken down in an unhealthy state.
