This week, Melon and Raf sat down for a Q&A about some of the lessons, convictions, and mistakes they’ve gleaned about Fatherhood. Our long-time listeners know how earnestly, both Raf and Melon, take their roles as fathers. They share some of the strategies that they’ve found successful, as well as changes that they didn’t foresee coming. Both men, in agreement, share the importance and looming understanding of the role time plays in our lives. More specifically, the pressure they feel knowing time runs out for all of us. And their strategies for imparting as much experience and knowledge while they still have the time. Similarly, they both discuss the dichotomy of working hard to achieve financial stability for your family, while maximizing your work-life balance, and the never ending challenges that seem to be innately familiar to all of us. Finally, Raf and Melon discuss some of the challenges they had to overcome with their spouses about issues they stood in contrast about, and the methods they used to resolve the conflict. .
