The boys, absent of Melon, carved out some time to have a sit down and talk about the busy holiday they all experienced this season. This was much a conversation between two friends just catching up, as much as it is on the power of exercising gratitude and positive affirmation. The guys talk about why Love is a Verb, and not just a word you should say out loud. 

They share the steps and daily rituals they take to reach a heightened sense of their surroundings, and then overlap that consciousness with immense gratitude. A practice, they both agreed, has been transformational. Building on previous podcast episodes, they talk about “stacking those wins” first thing in the morning so that you can launch yourself at the world in the best version of yourself. 

Not surprisingly, both Mike and Raf share the capacity, by which they’re able to accomplish in a day when they commit to waking up early. By an order of magnitude that is only comprehensible much further down the day, or week. Finally, they agree, and urge the listeners to practice reaching out within their circle, and telling their people why their grateful for their friendship. It’s effective to write it in a text, or even an email, but leaving it in a voice message is more personal, because it will feel like you’re standing in the room with them. It will have a positive effect who’s ripple has no end.
