Have you ever stopped and taken a look back at who you were at this time last year? Did you ever write down who you were, where you were, and why that was you?

How about now? Who are you? How have you changed? What caused the change? What are you doing better at now than you were before?

This week, the dynamic trio of Melon, Mike ,and Raf welcome their friend and fellow marine veteran, Jeff Skinner, to the show. Mike and Jeff met last year in Arlington National cemetery. A place of sacrifice, whispering stories of heroism, and an unrelenting feeling of wanting to be a better person. 

Each of the guys open up and share their own list of words that described themselves one year ago, and fast forward to the present and evaluate who they have become for the better. Trying to demonstrate and lead by example, they show that the little things that we focus on every day will lead to the big things that we desire most in life.

We challenge you to ask yourself who you were a year ago, and write down what has changed for you.
