This week PB and Jamie discuss the pros and cons of indoor vs outdoor bike training and whether or not ERG mode is always ok to execute workouts. Jamie then answers a listener question about the differences and similarities between top level professional swimmers and triathletes, and things triathletes could do better to improve their swim training. Finally, in the Topic of the Week, they discuss Goal Setting as a way to always stay on track toward, avoiding post race blues, and keeping the focus on the long game rather than short sighted desires.
