The Apostol Paul compares the lifestyle of an athlete to the Christian one. As Athletes we must prepare and execute regular routines and habits to achieve improvement and growth. According to Encyclopedia Britannica Discipline is define as an activity that is done regularly as a way of training yourself to do something or to improve your behavior.  What are those activities within the Christian life?
