Today, we explore a deeply personal aspect of Dr. Hager's life…his grandchild's close call during at mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee that happened. This traumatic event has tested Dr. Hager's resilience, and we will discuss his journey of facing rage, anger, and healing in its aftermath. As a returning guest, Dr. Hager brings his wealth of knowledge, empathy, and personal insight to help us understand the complex emotions that arise in the wake of such horrific incidents. We hope that this episode will provide wisdom, solace, and guidance to those grappling with their own anger and/or trauma.
