What should you do to make sure a first time guest doesn't return?

We all want first time guests to return. We know that when a new person returns and gets connected, that is when life change can really happen. We also know that not every new guest will return. However, sometimes people don't return for reasons we can control. So in this episode, we share 7 ways to ensure first time guests won't return to help us think through whether or not we have some changes we need to make. We discuss:

• Having no one serving in the parking lot
• Having a bad kids check in process
• Naming people from stage
• Going way over time
• Not acknowledging new guests
• Assuming everyone knows the Bible
• Preaching as if no non-believers are in the room.
