In this fourth presentation, European Disc Golf Festival Operations Director, Silver Kütt explains in detail “EVENTHOS”, the online event management tool used to coordinate the work of those big events at all levels: personnel, supplies, documentation, communication, etc. 

It is a very scalable solution to adapt to the needs of different events, like this European Disc Golf Festival with around 200 people working up to much larger events like the Estonian WRC Rally which they also manage and in which more than 3,000 people participate!

Hristo Neiland, of the Estonian Disc Golf Association EDGL and newly elected member of the PDGA Europe Board of Directors, explains what the Snäp! Program: a magnificent annual program of regional school events topped off with a spectacular final in Tartu.

It involved the collaboration of entities at all levels: PDGA Europe - through the Development Grant Fund, EDGL, national and local entities, schools, teachers and elite Estonian players.

As an example, one of the winners, Taaniel Mehine, was crowned MJ12 World Champion shortly afterwards! It seems to be working and they announce to come back in 2025...

Sofia Pereira #128365 is co-founder of the Portuguese Flying Disc Association (www.APUDD.pt) and the Beach Ultimate Lovers Association (BULA - http://beachultimate.org). From 2022 she is actively organizing frequent PDGA-sanctioned events and making big efforts to grow the sport in Portugal.
