In today's exercise you will not hear any commentary from me. You will only hear Romans 15:13 in multiple translations. It is to help you listen in a loop, multiple times. What does each translation speak to you? Get it in your spirit. Hide it in your heart. Memorize it. The final time you hear the scripture, I turn it into a prayer. Follow the language and get a sense of how to turn the prayer into a proclamation! Romans 15:13- Now may the God of help fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Please share us with a friend! The Holy Spirit is protection to us against shame. He heals and sets free. He reminds us that Jesus' sacrifice is our saving grace. Christ covers our guilt, faults, failures. We come boldly into God's presence without shame because hope has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us, Romans 5:5. Consider a few questions about death and life, about your position of authority. Do you meditate upon visions of Christ's exalted place, about your place with him there? It is a now reality that will be transformed further when Christ himself appears in glory. You also will appear in glory. You have authority now. God has a plan and purpose for your life. The old has passed away, the new has come! Turn from flesh and set your mind on things above, not on earthly things! Blessings in His presence! Breath prayer and silence today asking Jesus to still the storm within. "Jesus, still the storm." Use that phrase on your own time. Set a time for 5 minutes and as you breath gently, hands open, wait in His presence. Believe in the power of Holy Spirit to do what you cannot do. He will calm you. He will still you. Colossians 3:2 tells us to set our mind on things above, not on earthly things. And that's what we do today, we see ourselves entering the light of Christ. He in His glorified state, opening His arms to us, asking us to come and hide ourselves within His light. His light overcomes the darkness.
