  • Pure Religion: Orphans and Widows
    Pastor Ryan Kimmel
    January 17, 2021
    Scripture: James 1:27a
    https://vimeo.com/501514848
Description: God is a father to the fatherless and the church is how that is made known. While we still have orphans and widows that we are to care for in this world, a more current correlation of this is the issue of life; taking up the cause for the unborn and supporting the mothers who choose life. On this Sunday we will focus on the issue of abortion and how we can use our religion to save and support lives.

    Pastor Ryan Kimmel
    January 10, 2021
    Scripture: James 1:26
    https://vimeo.com/peacechurchmi/download/498949874/fe5be38c7e
Description: Simply put – if we don’t control how we speak and what we say, we have a false religion. This world gives us ample opportunity to speak out, but if we are not bridling our tongues, then we are not representing the Christ we say we are following. But why is this such an issue for James and such a problem for Christians?
