Whether we are reading the Christmas narrative in Luke 2, or singing Christmas carols, it’s clear that “peace” is part of the Christmas story. However, can we really take this seriously? After all, look at the ongoing conflicts throughout the world, or the tension some of us have in our relationships right now--is peace something that’s actually achievable? This Sunday we will see how peace fits into the Christmas story, and how it can actually make a difference in our lives today.
