What are we focusing on?

Even the most confident of us, have felt like we couldn't or shouldn't do something. We listen to the fear that says we can't do it because we don't deserve it or are too unqualified to do it. We allow that feeling to stop us. If and when we do finally get up the courage to take the step, we are full of anxiety. This episode we unpack that feeling of unworthiness and use a few tricks to combat that feeling.

After enduring 2020 it may appear your dreams will not come to pass, but don't assume anything.

Making it through 2020 has been a huge accomplishment.  Many of the goals and dreams we started with were deferred this year and has left us feeling a little discouraged.  This podcast is to give you some tips and tricks to overcome the feelings of discouragement.
