Love is patient and love is kind because love shifts, love changes, love can withstand. But how do you truly know this when you haven’t been shown the proper way? When all references reflect Disney love stories and romance novels. Love isn’t perfect but love, is. Is your love conditional or will it withstand the test of time? This is for those who are learning love without a map.

2025 has been a year of lessons. Sometimes it’s hard to make peace with the versions of yourself you may not have liked while creating a version you love. I shed her so I can become me. Much like the habits and things that no longer serve me. I heal so I may follow my purpose. It’s not easy but it is so worth it.

This episode felt as chaotic and overwhelming as grief itself, I hope you can find a way through the noise and notice what is being said. Much like battling loss, the fight through shows the strength of healing. Take a journey with me…
