Dont we all have self esteem issues? At times we conquer them,at times were failing at seeing our beauty beyond what the "social norm" is,but eventually we get through the waves of self doubt and realize that wuth self discipline and consistency we get to where we want to be.

At times I question if im doing the whole parenting thing well. Am i loving my daughter in the way she understands and knows shes loved. Maybe thats why God is our Father because He is the embodiment of unconditional love...Listen,Share and comment

I saw a quote on Pinterest on how the healing process of childhood trauma involves the teenager phase. This is just a random episode on how i acted out as a teenager and how i understand why now in my late twenties.

At times i just want to talk and say out loud whats in my mind at a certain point in my life. This is a day i chose to just do what i actually wanted to do which was to ramble on and on...

We all undergo moments of growth that are filled with bumpy rides of discomfort. What happens when it occurs,do you bury yourself with anxiety and depression,or do you weather the storm with anxiety and peace knowing that everything will be okay despite it not looking like that currently? The pits of discomfort as we grow up.

We all go through phases of growth but do we sit down to see where the changes have been? How much have we grown?The process of growth is painful and great at the same time.

I think taking an introspective look at my relationship dynamic with my parent as we both grow,evolve,heal and seeing where things were really tough for both of us because of the trauma weve both gone through and how navigating it has changed our relationship over the years was quite life changing. I no longer look at it from a victim but more of an empathizer.

This is an ode to my friends saying a brief thankyou and how much i love them just because maybe we dont say it as much.I hope youre able to think of someone when you hear this and share it too. Have a blessed month as well.

At times we need direction from God about how our year should or would be if we leaned in to hear His voice. The word for my year is Clarity,there certain moments it feels like im in a hullabaloo but eventually i know it will be clear as day

I had my first guest today!!!She just happens to be ny 3year old kiddo. I thought of asking her a few questions to hear her answers as well as get a retrospect of who she is as an individual. I hope this cheers you up as you listen to it,plus the wisdom nugget at the end from me.
