With over 20 years of experience in strategic partnerships, Russ is focused on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with businesses. He started his career in direct sales but quickly realized that referrals and partnerships could exponentially increase a business’s influence. Before meeting with a company, he’s already started thinking about how to add value to the relationship—and in less than two phone calls he can tell if a partnership is beneficial. Joining Strike made sense to Russ when he saw that the growing firm’s reputation for honesty and transparency aligned with his own values.

Fred has been at Young Automotive, Inc since 2002, in the auto industry professionally since 1981.

His mission and the company mission are one in the same - Changing Lives by Fixing Cars.

His number one daily goal is to positively affect the lives of those around him and lift them up. He lives by "Today is the Best Day I Have All Day" whether at work or play. In living his life this way, he has found great satisfaction seeing how living with a positive outlook can affect his team and his clients alike.

Nick Martin is a chemical engineer by training (University of Delaware graduate) who has found his passion at the intersection of emerging technology and social impact. Prior to finding Carbon Reform, he spent several years in the nonprofit space, which included helping build a Delaware-based K-12 STEM outreach organization. His research background in renewable energy technology most recently led him to receive State Department funding to create a solar energy community center in a slum outside of Lagos, Nigeria. His previous experience in both the startup and nonprofit space has refined his business development, grant writing, and sales skill set, all of which are useful in his current role as co-founder and COO at Carbon Reform.
