The Peace of Wellness Podcast is interviewing men from diverse backgrounds, aiming to explore their unique experiences, perspectives, and challenges. Through these interviews, Host Kirsten Larsen, MOT, OTR/L (IG @kirsten.linnea) wants to uncover the stories that have shaped their lives and delve into topics like identity, career journeys, relationships, and personal growth. The mission is to offer listeners a fresh and nuanced understanding of men's lives today, breaking down stereotypes, and fostering greater empathy across genders.
Krit Sempolkrung, a UNLV alumnus, brings over 14 years of experience in high-end catering, having served A-list celebrities like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, and led large-scale events for major organizations like Microsoft, Adobe, and the Las Vegas Raiders. He is recognized for his entrepreneurial leadership as the founder of Secret Creamery, as well as his ability to build strong teams, deliver exceptional experiences, and drive growth within the hospitality industry.
Jarrett Applewhite is a father, husband, serial entrepreneur and the founder & CEO of Cootoh, a tech-enabled private chef company based in Las Vegas serving hosts and chefs nationwide. A lifelong learner, tinkerer and maker, he comes from a family of hosts and great home cooks that set him on his 20+ year career in hospitality and events, ultimately working with notable names from professional sports and entertainment to household brands. He's a big believer that creating, staying curious and conversation are key to living a great life and staying young. Outside of work it's all about collecting memories with his wife, son and their tribe. He will also die on the hill that mint-chocolate-anything should be illegal, and that pineapple has no business on a pizza - it's a texture thing.
