Vainglory or what I term the "selfie sin" is prevalent, dangerous and rarely realized. I consider how technology is shaping us more than we realize, and some ideas about what to do about it. 

Today I talk about how anger/wrath destroys our life and witness. Also how we can begin to overcome this dangerous passion.
