- Skills based hiring is trending in popularity. The focus is shifting from things like formal education and a list of duties to the skills needed. In the US this year, 41.6% of US job postings dont list qualifications.
- Got a beef with BDI? It's so outdated. Move to structured interviews. Ask interview questions to determine if someone has the skills needed to do the job.
