• AI training is in such high demand, employers can't find people with the skills they need. IBM and AWS have committed to providing over 4 million people with free AI education! 

• Skills based hiring is trending in popularity. The focus is shifting from things like formal education and a list of duties to the skills needed. In the US this year, 41.6% of US job postings dont list qualifications. 

• Got a beef with BDI? It's so outdated. Move to structured interviews. Ask interview questions to determine if someone has the skills needed to do the job.
