Peak Perspectives

This week on the Peak Perspectives podcast, we have Roy and Regina Sanders, who have been married for 37 years and are both employed by Betenbough Homes. Roy is general manager of Betenbough Homes Midland and Regina serves as closing specialist for Betenbough Homes Odessa. Hear about what brought them from law enforcement and nursing to a home building company and what they have learned along the way! There's a reason these two are lovingly nicknamed "mom and dad" of Betenbough Homes' Permian Basin regions!

We're discussing sales processes and more with Betenbough Homes' Director of Sales, Kalee Rich. We'll also hear some fun Betenbough Homes history from Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of Betenbough Companies, Ron Betenbough, himself!

Bryan Box, General Manager of Betenbough Homes Lubbock West, and David Zickefoose, General Manager of Betenbough Homes Lubbock Investments, chat about work, trade partner appreciation and their first impressions of each other (these two go way back!)

We end the show by playing a little game of "Is it a Taylor Swift lyric or the Book of Lamentations?"

If you've come into the Betenbough Companies home office, you've probably been greeted by Edie Guess, who is deemed "guest services extraordinaire." Be inspired as Edie shares her powerful story of overcoming life-altering obstacles.

Keep listening for a recording of a (very real, not at all a prank) phone call with our cyber-security response team! Laughter guaranteed.

Bryan Blau, Experience Specialist at Betenbough Homes Lubbock West, shares his journey of leaving the company only to find himself coming back. This episode is sure to bring a smile to your face!

We are thrilled to announce the newest workplace podcast! Peak Perspectives is a Betenbough Companies podcast highlighting our culture and our company through real and engaging conversations with our team members. We'll build connection and develop a deeper understanding of who we are and what we do here at Betenbough Companies.
