I am the Mindful Media Mom and Queen of #Globalkindness. I am also an angelic marketing strategist, conscious dog trainer,kundalini yoga and mindfulness instructor, and non-profit business leader.

 My non-profit organization is dedicated to bringing environmental education, animal advocacy, mindfulness, kindness and compassion to schools as a curriculum. It has been stated that if every 5 year-old child was taught to meditate on compassion for just one hour a week, we could wipe out war, violence and terror in one generation.

 

Nearly 50 scientific studies have verified the phenomenon known as the Maharishi Effect: The observation that a small group of people coming together through meditation can energetically ignite REAL positive change - not only in each other, but in surrounding communities as well...with effects including - but not limited to - reduced crime rates, enhanced quality of life...and even the end of international conflict!
