This is a new project that I created as part of an Express-A-Book collaboration. It is a meditation with ambient soundscape that I have created. The meditation comes from the book Planting Seeds: Practicing Mindfulness with Children by Thich Nhat Hanh, and it is read by Vishal Sharma.
