This is a new project that I created as part of an Express-A-Book collaboration. It is a meditation with ambient soundscape that I have created. The meditation comes from the book Planting Seeds: Practicing Mindfulness with Children by Thich Nhat Hanh, and it is read by Vishal Sharma.

In this Episode we talk about our reactions to the opening of Episode 8 The Last Jedi. Both Simon and Bella have lots of ideas about some of the big moments that happen and some of the funny scenes from the movie. BE AWARE OF SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE MOVIE YET!
