#10 - Hundreds of young girls from Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador were kidnapped and murdered between 1969 and 1980. The murders were all linked back to Pedro Alonso Lopez. A Colombian serial killer who murdered at least 100 young girls although the number of victims could be as many as 300 girls.

He targeted young girls between 9 and 12 years old. Most of them were from poor communities. As the number of victims grew,he quickly became known as one of the world’s most prolific serial killers.
