Pedro Luna is a husband, father, yoga instructor, and a force in the South Florida community.  He is a fellow ambassador for lululemon Boca Town Center. Pedro not only crushes it locally, but also globally through his online presence. He is the creator of the massively popular Instagram page @yogimemes, and he spreads his incredible spirit nationally and internationally through The Yogi Show podcast. 

Before becoming a yoga instructor, Pedro worked as a debt collector for nine years. Like many people, he found himself unfulfilled by his work. It was during this time that he discovered yoga. As this brought the soul and fulfillment to his life that he felt he was missing, Pedro decided to make a shift and fully devote himself to yoga.  

In this interview, Pedro shares his journey from then until now. He discusses practices and ways to make shift happen in your own life. Being where he is now, he also shares the importance of self-care and how he incorporates this into his daily routine. He believes by caring for and allowing himself to grow, he can help the community to grow.
