In this episode, I am joined by Guadalupe Valenzuela realtor with 22 years of experience. Guadalupe has been the first and only real-estate agent that me and my father have had. We get into what its like starting out as a realtor and the many different things that have lead her to become who she is now. We also get into the different aspect that come in the real estate business and how things are always changing and varying when it comes to the house market, demand, prices, interests, and etc. Guadalupe’s work and and knowledge speaks for it self and is has truly been a blessing for us and everything she has helped us with. In this episode, I am joined with Jason Luna aka Tuna. Tuna is a Photographer here in the valley that has started his passion of photography and videography 6 years ago. With a hard start in the beginning to buy his equipment it did not stop the pursuit and drive he had to continue. Tuna has tried to stay very versatile with his work and is always open to working with anyone from rappers, to companies, to athlete, to clothing brands, and even events. Throughout the years, he has been able to create amazing and strong relationships with other photographers and has developed an amazing resume with all the work he has done. Surprising himself, he never thought he would ever get as far as he has, but with so much more work and goal to be accomplished there is no short of slowing down anytime soon.  

In this episode I am joined with Dueto Ranchero, Anthony and Jaime. Dueto Ranchero is a grupo that started 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. Dueto Ranchero quickly grew into a well known grupo with in the city by 2021 due to Anthony's unique style of playing that came from his inspiration and love for older style music. We get into what it was like starting out and the difficulties that comes with starting a grupo and getting into the music industry, along with interesting stories as well . With a lot of ambition and love for what they do Dueto Ranchero quickly became popular and even recognized out of state for their older style of music which bring so much energy to a party, that is sure to get everyone dancing. 

In this episode I am joined with Los Mentados, Edwin, Cris, and Chayo. Brothers Edwin and Cris have known Chayo many many years getting to know him very early on recognizing his talent when it comes to the requinto. We get into how and when Los Mentados started, learning about the different opportunity each one have had and have tried out being in the music industry. Getting to know and building relationship with many very well know artist and even record labels. We also get to hear interesting stories leading about there journey in being a grupo, making music and playing music. With many more plans, projects to come for their fans, looks to be no short of inspiration for whats to come ahead. 

Eduardo Astorga is the owner and founder of WS Auto Detailing. We are also joined by his brother and coworker Gustavo Astorga, and Oscar Bustos who is just starting out in the detailing business as well. In this episode we get into what it was like starting out in the detail business and hows it going at the moment.

Jorge Ulloa co-owner of 3 Brothers Tree Boxes, the youngest of three brothers. He has dedicated his life to continuing the company his father had started when he was a teenager. Jorge has has become a great business partner and family friend of ours .
