Julie Duncan is the owner of Empowering Life Coaching & Consulting, LLC, and a Certified Master Life Coach. Recognized as a Rising Star by Transformation Academy, she is also a co-author of the book Les Brown: The Come Back: Turning Your Life Around with Les Brown & Friends, where her chapter titled Coming Full Square shares her journey. Julie has spoken at the International Healing PTSD Summit, addressing coaches and first responders from around the world, and has contributed to Force Magazine with her article Pain as the Pathway. She is also a contributing author for Thank God It's Monday, an anthology set to release in the summer of 2025. 

In December 2024, Julie will be speaking on the Women of Success Business Panel and has been a guest on various podcasts. 

A lover of all things nature, Julie finds joy in being outdoors, where photography adds the perfect touch to her day. She is also a proud wife to her super supportive husband of 25+ years and a mother to two terrific young adults.
