In a recent article by Paramhansa Yogananda, I came across the idea that forgiveness is more powerful than revenge. This inspired me to explore the concept of forgiveness and releasing feelings of resentment towards others. Through meditation and introspection, I could let go of past hurts and grievances, experiencing a newfound mental freedom. I realized that those who hurt me were facing their own struggles, and forgiving them changed how I viewed those situations. This journey taught me that forgiveness has the power to bring about positive change in both ourselves and others.
