Its really important that these are meaningful, we can all always develop our practice and celebrate our successful teaching. 
Peer observations are not carried out with an end goal in mind, they are created to be discussed and give understanding on how to move forward. They are never a 'done to' activity, the outcomes should always be shared and reflected on. Peer obs can take as little as 5 mins and we all observe each other.  Becky is observed in her practice by her team, that way we know we all keep learning.
