There was a hypothesis a few years ago that blue light might be responsible for keeping us up late. While there is evidence that wearing orange glasses increases our melatonin, there's no evidence that they help us go to sleep earlier or improve our sleep quality.
So, if it's not blue light what is it? Let's find out.
