This week we are joined by Maddie Walsh, Head of Relationships & Business Development at One Eighty Inc. One Eighty is youth mental health done differently. Run by young people for young people. One Eighty offers free peer to peer support groups (in-person and virtual) for young people going through mental health challenges. 

Maddie talks us through how One Eighty got started in Sydney's Northern Beaches and how peer to peer support is a proven, effective method to improving youth mental health.
