This week guest Bonnie Caine opens up about her experience with anxiety. Bonnie is brave, bubbly and glass half full kind of person. Her love for story telling, acting & mentoring makes for a lot of great analogies and that’s why this episode is titled the hero’s journey.
Facing your feelings & looking after your mental health isn't easy but like in all great stories, the hero must go through the dark forest to get a bit of help & advance to the next stage of their journey.
I hope you enjoy listening to this as much as I enjoyed chatting to her.

Learning to love my body with Juliet Kirby.
Welcome back to Crack that Coconut! To kickstart the New Year, I am switching seats to share more about my mental health journey & the roads that led me to creating Crack that Coconut.
Cheski Walker (from Episode #2) returns to interview me as I open up about my experience with an eating disorder and how it had a big impact on my mental health. I am conscious that speaking openly about my eating disorder may be triggering for some people so please only listen if you are comfortable with this.
The support I've received for the last 6 episodes has been amazing and its empowered me to share my story with you all. It was a bit nerve racking but we had a lot of fun recording it. I hope you enjoy!!

In this episode, Natasha talks about what got her into kinesiology and how she works to support people with their mental health. I also share some more parts of my journey and open up about my experience across some of my sessions.
