Emily Bruce, BCBA, LBA, is the Founder and CEO of PeerKnect; an app designed to help build friendships and social connections for children and young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. It does this by helping parents connect for play dates and get-togethers (older children). It also provides an option for organizations to share their sensory-friendly events, bridging the gap between parents, caretakers, and therapists.
