Le 25 novembre 2025, Team for the Planet a présenté son événement majeur au Carrousel du Louvre, marquant l'évolution de ce mouvement citoyen qui réunit 130 000 actionnaires depuis 2019.

Deux annonces stratégiques transforment le modèle :

Bank for the Planet : Partenariat avec le Crédit Coopératif créant une offre bancaire climatique. Chaque transaction génère un micro-don automatique à TFTP. Les dépôts financent exclusivement des projets respectueux de la planète, excluant énergies fossiles et pesticides. Les forfaits débutent à 1,50€/mois.

Libération de la valeur des actions : Dès 2026, les actions seront valorisées annuellement par auditeurs indépendants selon l'atteinte d'objectifs climatiques. Jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025, dernière émission à 1€ (5 millions d'euros). Nouveau fonctionnement : marché primaire annuel, marché secondaire continu permettant la revente.

Bilan depuis 2019 :

Particularités du modèle : Entreprise à mission sans but lucratif, innovations en licence libre, 8 000 évaluateurs bénévoles, accompagnement entrepreneurial global. Les bénéfices sont réinvestis, pas distribués en dividendes.

Ambition future : Passer de 14 à 100 innovations, visant 75 millions de tonnes de CO2 évitées d'ici 2032. L'Éclosion symbolise le passage à une phase de déploiement massif des solutions climatiques.
