Pembcast returns with a lovely interviewing of our Pembrokian of the year 2020 Phoenix! Now that we're on multiple platforms he will hopefully get to listen to this as he doesn't have Facebook. Tune in for chats about ACS, access, lockdown and life; plus Belinda getting asked some questions too!

What is a better way to spend your time than with listening to Wendy & Rose, our beloved porters, chat absolute trash? There are laughs, there are tears and just a lot of quality content really. Apologies for the poor sound quality at times, the plodge is chaos even when no one is there. Shout out to the latex delivery guy who makes a guest appearance and of course Vicky, not only for arranging this episode but also for delivering Wendy and Rose our love throughout lockdown!

I am joined this week by Immy, listen to her record breaking 45 minute Pembcast (cut down from an hour) where we talk porter Miis, Port Meadow & plans post Pemb!

This week Hakan joins us chatting life as a medic, highlights of this year and ofc iconic Lizzo duets!

Looking for an excellent excuse not I start that essay? Our fabulous Access Rep Sophie joins me this week, chatting access, diversity week and all things pink !!
