Bill Hein began in the independent record scene and went on to found Enigma Records and later Restless Records, signing and developing artists such as Mötley Crüe, Poison, The Smithereens, Stryper, and Mojo Nixon. His work helped define the rise of indie labels in the ’80s and ’90s through innovative marketing and distribution. He is now active in the vinyl pressing business, continuing his lifelong commitment to music.

Mitchell is an Emmy, 2x Clio Award, and Film Festival -winning director, storyteller, composer, and consulting Chief Creative Officer. With more than 100 domestic and international industry honors spanning advertising, film, and music, Mitchell has built a career defined by innovation, authenticity, and global impact. 

As the co-founder of HQ Creative (alongside Nobel Peace Prize nominee Cheryl Halpern) and Looking 4 Larry (with WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman), Mitchell has led the development of industry-disrupting programs and award-winning campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands—including iHeartMedia, The Walt Disney Company, 2K Sports, The Jeffrey Modell Foundation, multiple Broadway productions, NASCAR, and Rumble Boxing. 

In entertainment, Mitchell has made a lasting mark as both a producer and director. He created the Emmy Award-winning Road to MSG series, which spotlighted artists such as Taylor Swift, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, The Who, John Mayer, and Earth, Wind & Fire. He also developed Stripped Raw & Real for iHeartMedia— a groundbreaking digital series that helped define the brand and featured performances and interviews with Coldplay, Katy Perry, Bon Jovi, Lionel Richie, Blake Shelton, John Legend, and many more. His recent feature documentary, Worst to First: The True Story of Z100 New York, debuted at #1 on iTunes Music Documentaries, holding the top spot for three consecutive weeks. 

As a musician, Mitchell co-founded World Funk Orchestra, which is nearing 40 million global streams. He also launched two influential indie labels: Unity Music Group, where he collaborated with Ugandan artist and Oscar nominee Bobi Wine; and the U.S.-based Felicity Music, continuing to shape the independent music landscape.

Bo Crane is a trailblazer in Miami’s music scene, best known as the founder of Pandisc Records—one of the most influential independent labels to emerge from South Florida. With a career rooted in the heartbeat of Miami’s evolving sound, Bo played a pivotal role in shaping the city's musical identity, from the rise of Miami bass and freestyle to electro-funk and early hip-hop.

Before launching Pandisc, Bo made his mark as the founder and operator of the Florida Record Pool—an essential hub for DJs and tastemakers throughout the state that helped break countless records and connect artists with the club and radio scenes. He also served as Music Director at WEDR, one of Miami’s most powerful urban radio stations, where he helped shape playlists that defined an era and amplified regional sounds to a broader audience.

Starting with humble working class background, Al Gorgoni has been a major force in the music business in the middle 60’s. He has worked with Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Evie Sands, Barry Man and has had his song recorded by Frank Sinatra and others. He arranged many of the advertising commercials we’ve all heard. 

Kurt Woodley is a one of a kind music man. While at Uptown records he was responsible for artists finding and developing artists like Mary J Blige, Tim Dogg, Heavy D and later at Sony music he found Cypress Hill, Kriss Kross among others.

Scott Rubin has over 25 years experience in the music industry with a focus on music publishing and rights management. He has worked closely with artists such as Chuck D, Ice-T, Nate Dogg, Lisa Loeb, Maino, Fat Joe, Remy Ma and numerous others. 

Monica Lynch is one of the most respected and knowledgeable record executives in the music business.

She talks about her arrival in New York from Chicago as a teenager, becoming Tom Silverman's first hire at TommyBoy and her rising quickly to ultimately become president at TommyBoy. Growing up in rural Northeast North Carolina, Shane joined the 82nd Airborne Army unit and came out with the amazing gift of discipline and appreciation of hard work. With his love of music he went to College in LA and trained in music production and has since produced and released over 600 titles. During that time he got a degree from Full Sail and has become the go-to guy for all things digital marketing. He has also added a real estate license in both Florida and Georgia, while continuing to produce and market music. He’s one of a kind.

Angel is the go-to guy for everything in Latin music and media. He has a 40 year successful track record in Latin music and media. A very active part of the Latin Grammys, Billboard Latin Music Awards, He has produced many TV shows for Telemundo and Univison as well as guiding the current reintroduction of Menudo. If it’s Latin he’s done it successfully.

Richard is the promotion man’s promotion man. His 40 year run in the ever shifting music business has been nothing short of astounding. Starting with little to no experience, he rose to executive positions at Atlantic, Elektra and Capitol, while remaining humble and always hard working. Richard talks about his journey in detail and is a true inspiration to this day as he works on the ever changing radio promotion and streaming landscape. One of our favorite people.
