We're continuing this Sunday in our Dear Church series, looking at the third letter to the church in Pergamum in Revelation 2:12-17. This letter invites us to ask ourselves "What is your starting point for discovering what is true? What is your ultimate authority?" Author Laurie Polich Short from Santa Barbara will be back sharing the Word with us at all 4 gatherings.

Jesus' letter to the church in Ephesus reminds that Jesus holds us and walks with us, and in any circumstance we are just a moment away from returning to our first love. We're continuing this Sunday in our Dear Church series, looking at the second letter to the church in Smyrna - a hurting church. Gary will be in all four gatherings this weekend to share from Revelation 2:8-11.

All fall, we're diving into the seven letters to the churches in the book of Revelation in a new series called Dear Church. This week, Brian Rhen will lead us into the first letter, to the Church in Ephesus, and the busyness that caused them to forget their first love, Jesus.

We're turning the page on the Hope That Moves series, and starting this weekend on a new series called Dear Church. All fall, we'll learn and be encouraged by the seven letters to the churches in the book of Revelation.

Seeing the hope of Christ infused throughout the Peninsula will only happen through a move of the Holy Spirit - and through bold, courageous, and completely ordinary Christ followers (that's us!) living out our mission on a daily basis. We're spending 3 weeks immersed in our vision of Hope That Moves, and this Sunday, Gary takes us into Acts 5 and the bold obedience that the apostles displayed.
