As Jesus says in Luke 6:45, "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

How we posture our hearts changes what our hearts become filled with. When our hearts fill with righteousness, it overflows, and we live with a deep peace, a peace that is greatly needed in our world today. Join us as we dive into what scripture teaches us about how to posture our hearts so that we grow as strong followers of the way of Jesus.
