When I was a kid I think I had way less of generation gap with my parents. It was like we all lived in pretty much the same world. We watched the same movies.. we were interested in the same news about the world. We even had similar tastes and food and so on. Not that everything was identical but there was way more similarities. Yesterday we were invited to a small gathering.. a party to be precise… after over 1.5 years this is the first house visit in a way… no we did go to our cousin’s place for a birthday party… But this was the one in which it felt like old times for a while.
