Let’s roll back time and sit within the moment…

A dimly lit room.

The soft whispers of voices

trying to understand

the magnitude of the moment.

The air is thick with sadness.

Grief ran deep

within the soul.

Anger for

not doing more.

Lost in

great sorrow,

haunted by thoughts:

It should have been me.

We let Him down…

How does He still love me?

I don’t understand.

Bewildered.

Confused.

Sitting in the dimly lit room,

my heart breaking,

my soul in distress,

hungry for Him

to walk back through the door.

Praying for His return.

Waiting for a miracle.

Then suddenly—

astonished when He appeared,

in awe of His presence,

overwhelmed by a love

that could not be contained.

Beloved , Let me be your hands and feet....
