When someone shows you who they are, believe them! This is one of those tough love lessons that I have to remind myself over and over again.

In this episode, I’m sharing this important life lesson that has benefited me in relationships over the years, both personally and professionally.

Lessons learned:

• People are who they are and sometimes they’re “just not into you.”

• Actions speak louder than words.

• If something is really important to someone, they will make the effort.

• Not everyone is going to like you and that’s okay.
