People in Every Direction: The Ants Podcast

We did it! Somehow, someway, we were able to stick to our goal of having a weekly tour podcast and we knock it out of the park with this one. #DMB2Sets kicked off in style, as does our analysis of the format.

Our first podcast in nearly two years, but hopefully the first in a long and prolific string of Ants Podcasts! Matt, Jake and Joe M are back and we come out swinging to get you ready for the Summer 2014 Dave Matthews Band Tour. We also touch on the Remember Two Things Vinyl re-release and take some questions.

Matt returns to join Jake, Joe M and Kevin to host our longest (is it?) podcast yet! We touch on the tour so far, the new album, updated mobile apps, and the general BS you all have come to love us for! Oh, and Jake of course waxes hyperbolic about the new album.

The Ants crew came out from hibernation thanks to the warm weather (and the new album and new tour news didn't hurt either.) The guys talk about what they see for the upcoming year, what they expect from the summer tour, and how the album is progressing. They field the current front page question, are you more excited about the upcoming tour or album. And they close it out with twitter questions.

With Matt and Joe still traveling the world, Jake takes the helm once again, and is joined by everyone's favorite Moderator from Florida, Kevin, for analysis. Also, a special guest drops by to give his hopes and aspirations for the Atlantic City Caravan stop. Give it a listen!

With Matt and Joe away finishing their holiday shopping, Jake hosts with moderator Kevaroo (aka Kevin) providing the flowery commentary. The two talk about the entire 2010 year, the Top 50 list, and what 2011 might hold for DMB... will they tour? Well, the two have an opinion on that.

With the 2010 Summer Tour in full swing, the boys rap about what kind of tour it's been so far and our own personal experiences at shows so far this summer. All the info you need for Ants Party 3 at West Palm Beach is also covered. A must-listen!

With the latest news out of the DMB camp about 2011 plans (or lack thereof), the boys speculate on what it all means as the 2010 tour approaches.

After an extended break (again), Joe, Jake, and Matt finally coordinate their schedules and kick out a new episode. We review the Europe tour, some songs we'd like to see come back, and what to expect for the upcoming summer tour. Our iPhone and Android apps get featured as well!

The boys are back to wrap up the summer tour, and reminisce a bit about what was an extremely compelling decade of music. Album and tour reviews, classic stories, and two brand new antsmarching.org applications in the Palm App Catalog.
