On the 23rd episode of People in Franchising we are joined by Ryan Armitage, Director of Tezlom.

Tezlom specialise in the recruitment of Care Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses. And what started out as a small, family-run business, has now grown into an established franchise that serves some of the UK's largest, most renowned care providers such as NHS Hospitals, EMI Homes, Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability Units and more.

On the 22nd episode of People in Franchising we are joined by Mark Llewellyn, Managing Director (Sales & Marketing) of Revive! Mark founded the business 25 years ago with a single van. As the business grew, he rebranded as Revive! with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence.

He works alongside the Institute for the Motor Industry and other bodies to drive up standards and establish the leading nationally recognised qualifications within the mobile paint repair sector.

Mark has also twice been elected as a board member of the British Franchise Association by UK franchisors, helping to influence ethical franchising in the UK and demonstrating his stature and reputation for excellence in the sector.

On the 21st episode of People in Franchising we are joined by Andy Brattesani. Andy Brattesani is UK Head of Franchising for HSBC. He has 30 years' experience working in various disciplines in Retail and Corporate Banking and has been with HSBC since 2008. Andy's extensive knowledge of the UK Franchising landscape has not only enabled him to develop the HSBC UK framework to support business growth in the sector, but has seen him successfully lead the expansion of the HSBC UK Franchise model internationally.
