Alex Minard joins me in the first episode to talk about cutting meat, music, and fatherhood. I mean, we talk about WAY more, but I needed something quick and clever for the short description.
Alex is a New Jersey native, now living in Knoxville, TN where he works as a meat cutter. While some people may not see that as a glamorous job, Alex takes a lot of pride in his work. We'll talk about what separates good meat cutters from bad, the worst part of the day, and his biggest professional success.
In the second segment, we dive into Alex's family life, his kids, and the passion for photography he shares with his wife. We'll also talk about Alex's introduction to the music scene when he arrived in Knoxville, and all the stuff that goes with being in a band.
Sadly, the episode ends abruptly with computer issues, but you can access all of Alex's projects, art, music, and writing thanks to the internet. Along with being a father, and photographer, Alex makes music of all genres, and has published a novel. You NEED to check out his stuff. I implore you.
