Scott "Toy Guru" Neitlich was the leader in creating one of the greatest adult collector toy lines in history, Masters of the Universe Classics.  

He was also the creator of Matty Collector and one of the pioneers of crowdfunding toys and the direct to consumer retail model.  During his career he has worked for Mattel, Jakks Pacific and Loot Crate just to name a few.

He is currently the Creative Director at Spector Creative and in this episode we will hear where it all began.
