Read Ecclesiastes 4:9-12, Acts 2:42-47
1) Have you ever found yourself in a place where you had fallen emotionally, mentally, or spiritually and you felt like you had no one to help you back up? What was that experience like?
2) Why did Jesus make relationships a priority? How did he model it for us?
3) Read Acts 2:42-47. Why did the early Church make relationships a priority? How was it modeled for us?
4) Are there ways that Jesus’ church could do better at relationships? What about our church? What about you?
5) When it comes to seeing needs and meeting them there are usually 2 types of responses- There is the Super-hero who wants to and thinks that they can be everyone’s problem solver and there are those that actually avoid putting themselves in a place to help. Which way do you lean? How can recognizing that we are all in this together help to balance your approach?
