Maybe you don't recognize what it is but if you've ever run out of punches or flex money, if you've ever punched someone's meal at McGlynn's or Sexton, or haven't been able to find a way to the grocery store then you have experienced food insecurity! Food insecurity is a major issue on college campuses and in this episode Betsy talks with Professor Sheehan who has been helping in a study about food insecurity on our campus to explain the process and what it means for CSB/SJU students.
